Joe Synoradzki

Attorney

Prior to practicing law, Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University followed by a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Columbia University.  Joe worked in the semiconductor manufacturing industry for almost eight years developing, characterizing, and implementing new processes into production to improve yield and lower production costs.

Deciding to tackle a greater challenge, he attended law school to focus on intellectual property rights.  After receiving his law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2012, Joe dove right into litigation.  His background and experience has allowed him to excel in the legal arena.  Joe has practiced in various areas of the law including employment, insurance, and intellectual property.

Upon learning about YNRC, Joe became intrigued and excited to work with the company.  His values align with those of YNRC as he always strives to make methodical, competent, and insightful decisions both in work and personal life.
